1. When you first enter the Daily Sales Report a Select An Option window will appear with the following options:
Select one, several, or ALL sales categories for the report by scrolling to the appropriate selection and pressing Enter. An asterisk (*) will appear next to your selection(s). Press Enter again to continue. Your selection will appear in the sales category field.
2. At the Beginning and Ending Date fields, enter the beginning and ending invoice dates to be included on the report. The system will default to the current date. Only invoices posted to receivables will be included on the report.
4. At the Summary or Detail field, enter S (S=summary) to print a summary report, or D (D=detail) to print a detailed report. See Printing the Daily Sales Report for the differences between the reports.
5. At the Exclude 0 Price From Avg field, specify whether you wish to exclude items with zero prices (samples, etc.) from being included in the average product selling price. Select Y (Y=yes) to exclude invoices with a zero dollar selling price from being used in the average selling price calculation. Select N (N=no) to include the invoices in the average selling price calculation.
6. Command options will appear allowing you to print or choose from a set of other print options.
